Epiphanies and Insights

Over these past several months, I’ve had some eye-opening moments and gathered a lot of great advice. Here’s a brief collection of some of my favorite nuggets of wisdom (more to come!)

You have no control over anything—you can influence things, but true control is a myth.

Don’t let the bastards get you down—keep moving forward and stay true to yourself.

Keep your chin up, buttercup—stay positive and resilient, no matter what.

Don’t worry about the turkeys—ignore those who bring negativity into your life.

Dr. Google is not your friend, I am —I’m here to offer real support and guidance.

Knock it off—sometimes, you just need to put a stop to what’s not serving you.

“What do you want to do with your one wild and precious life?”—Mary Oliver, quoted by my neurologist—embrace the journey and make it meaningful.

You need to stop talking to so many people—focus on the relationships that truly matter and bring you joy. I overshare.

Breathe. Pause. Stop.—Give yourself space to reset and reflect.

Don't let them steal you're joy you are joy ---  message of inner strength and self-worth, reminding us that joy comes from within.

Eat the donuts, drink the real coke—indulge and enjoy life’s simple pleasures.

You aren’t fucking up, you are figuring things out -we often put pressure on ourselves to have everything figured out, but the journey itself is where we gain strength and insight.

Never pass up the opportunity to go pee -honoring those small but essential needs!

I’m excited to share these “aha” moments and tips with you, hoping they add a bit of joy, wisdom, and clarity to your own journey. Now, it’s your turn—GO!
