Life Lately: A Whole Lot of Too Much

Life has been A LOT lately—amirite? It just feels like way too much. A friend said to me last week, "I don’t know how people who look at the news get out of bed every day." And wow, did that hit me right in the soul.

On top of everything, I have my yearly gynecological appointment and mammogram this week, which is stirring up all kinds of emotions. So much so that, even though I don’t have 21 uninterrupted days, I’m starting my 21-day detox program tomorrow anyway. I’ll take a break when needed, but that’s just how life is rolling right now.

This program is all about detoxing my entire being—mind, body, and soul. It’s a whole reset, and I’ll share more about it when I’m further along. But for now, with this detox, I’m also stepping away from social media, the news, and minimizing technology as much as possible. So, if the world is about to blow up, someone please call me!

I’m also cutting back on contact with people who aren’t good for me—whether they stress me out or don’t align with my values. #SorryNotSorry. I gotta #ProtectMyPeace. That also means saying goodbye to limiting beliefs and putting in the work every. damn.day.

Can’t wait to see you on the flip side—lighter, stronger, and fully aligned. ✨ (Although, I might blog along the way, so please be sure to check back.)
